Before you upload

What can I scan?

Your car loan contract — the papers you sign when you finance a car, at a dealership or online.

It’s the last one you put your name on, and it’s where the whole deal lands: the price, the interest rate, the monthly payment, and every extra you said yes to — warranty, GAP, service plans.

What can’t I scan?

Leases, bank and credit union loans, and refinance offers — right now.

What happens to my sensitive information?

Sensitive details — your name, address, VIN, SSN, etc. — are filtered out automatically. They never appear in your analysis.

If you’d rather hide your sensitive information before uploading, that’s fine too.

We don’t sell your data. Ever.

Why not just upload it to ChatGPT?Includes a prompt you can copy

You can. Here’s a prompt to start with:

Prompt

You’re reviewing a US retail installment sale contract for a car purchase. Pull out the APR, amount financed, finance charge, total of payments, term, and monthly payment. Then list every add-on — extended warranty, GAP, service contracts, dealer fees — with the price of each. For each one, tell me whether the price is typical, whether it’s optional, and what I should have asked. Flag anything that looks unusual.

However — understanding your contract with real benchmarking, compared against thousands of existing real contracts and real market data, with every benchmark cited, is a different thing. When you’re spending $20,000 or more, that’s worth being sure about.

How long does it take?

Usually under a minute. A long contract or a full folder of papers can take two or three.

Not legal or financial advice.

No affiliate fees. No lead generation. No lender partnerships.

The fine print, read for you.
